Peter’s Pizzeria is owned and operated by Peter Izzo and his brother Bobby. Peter, known as the “Pizzapreneur,” is Long Island-born, graduated from NYIT School of Hospitality Management, and trained in Florence, Italy before opening Peter’s in 2019.

Authentic New York-style pizza. Hand-tossed dough, cold-fermented, cooked in high-heat ovens – the exact style Peter grew up making in Long Island pizzerias. We also serve grandma-style squares, piadina sandwiches, heroes, and Italian sides.

We have two South Florida locations: Pompano Beach (1166 N Federal Hwy) and Boca Raton (897 E Palmetto Park Rd). Both are full-service pizzerias with dine-in, pickup, delivery, and catering.

We opened our first location, Peter’s Pizzeria Pompano Beach, in 2019. The Boca Raton location followed – both are owned and run by the Izzo family.

Yes. Our entire kitchen is 100% seed-oil-free. That means no canola oil, no soybean oil, no corn oil, and no generic “vegetable oil” anywhere in our food. We cook with high-quality oils and real ingredients – it’s part of our commitment to making pizza the right way.

Our most popular pies include the CPR (Chicken, Prosciutto, Ranch), the Vodka Eggplant, the classic NY Cheese, the Grandma Square, and the Margherita with DOP tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.

A piadina is a traditional Italian flatbread sandwich – Peter calls ours an “Italian taco.” It’s a warm flatbread folded around fresh fillings like prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, arugula, and more. Try it if you want something different from a slice.

We offer a few plant-forward items like our sauteed spinach, mixed green salad, and certain veggie pies made without cheese. For specific vegan requests, call ahead and we’ll do our best.

Most online pickup orders are ready in 15-25 minutes. Peak times (Friday and Saturday 6-9 PM) may run longer. You’ll get a confirmation time when you place your order.

Both locations close Mondays so our team can rest and we can take care of prep and maintenance. We’re open every other day of the week.

Absolutely. We’re a family-owned neighborhood pizzeria designed for families – kids menu, casual vibe, and we host tons of kids’ birthday parties.

For most catering orders, 48 hours is ideal. For full-pizzeria rentals or large corporate events, give us a week or more so we can plan staffing and menu customization.
